Meeting on a Tuesday Evening at Raglan Road Scout Hut, Howard Beavers are definitely the “Happy Gang” under the Leadership of Tictac and Sunshine.

The name Howard is in keeping with our theme of naming our Beaver Colonies after famous Mancunians … and in the case of Howard, it is in honour of Kirsty Howard who, during her short life helped raise over £8,000,000 to support our local Francis House Children’s Hospice.

Howard Beavers really embraced virtual Scouting right from the start of Lockdown, our online sessions were so much fun that our membership actually thrived to the extent that as we now make our way back to Face to Face meetings we have yet to meet any of our Beavers in person, but they are so looking forward to finally meeting each other when we return after the late May half term break.
